ICANN core value: Competition

Hello,

although staff did not want to comment on this matter, I am sure 9 to
10 out of 10 people will tell ICANN that the proposed settlement will
not foster competition. How could it when the registry is
permanentally assigned to the ex-monopolist? How much success can
ICANN claim for itself, now that 85% of the market share are still
with VGRS? I ask the Board to spend great attention on the question of
being in line with its core values.
