Dear Sirs:
Back when domain registration fees were $35.00 or more and when registering
a domain name was a non-trivial task, the grace period served a very useful
purpose. Today, with domain registrations under $10.00 per year and almost
everybody claiming to be a computer wizard, there's absolutely no reason for
the grace period and eliminating it altogether would stop the tasting
problem.
