In support of the proposed amendments to RegistryPro's agreement

My name is David Hellam. I teach. Since 2005 I have taken advantage of 
Encirca's ProForwarding service to register a small number of .pro domains 
that reflect my professional and vocational affiliations. When RegistryPro 
asked for end-users to voice their opinions in 2005, I aired my 
disappointment and frustration with the limitations of the registry's 
agreement at the time.

I therefore welcome the proposed changes to expand both the number of 
professions and geographical range covered by this gTLD. I look forward to 
being able to register .pro domains at the 3rd level that reflect my status 
as a professional educator, as well as continuing my development plans for 
the 2nd level .pro domains currently registered on my behalf by Encirca.
