When the NCSG attempted to modify its charter to include Interest Groups, very
much in the manner that has been proposed by the RySG, we were rebuffed by the
Board and forced to negotiate a very complicated procedure for creating
hardened Constituencies within the Stakeholder Group.
Now the RySG wants to do the same thing we wanted to do.
I think they should be allowed to do so.
Just as I think we should have been allowed to do so.
We were forced into a complicated system of Board oversight.
As a bottom organization they don't see any reason for Board oversight.
More than anything I want equal treatment for all Stakeholder Groups.

who was forced to negotiate a very complicated system for the creation of
constituencies despite our desire to have light weight interest Groups.
