request for extension in the comment period/support for public forum in Vancouver

The Commercial and Business User Constituency (BC) represented by Marilyn
Cade, Grant Forsyth, and Philip Sheppard, support an extension in the public
comment period and the need for a public forum in Vancouver. We ask that the
Board take the need of the broad community for further time, and opportunity
to dialogue about the proposed settlements into account, and provide for an
extension of time through the Vancouver meeting for taking public comment.
