To whom it may concern:

Litigation in tech sectors has done and will continue to do nothing to
support or advance technology -- only hamper it.

In a global economy that is becoming increasingly competetive and
high-tech, the last thing American interests can afford to do is
become tangled in litigation at the expense of innovation and progress
on the Net.

I'm glad a settlement was reached and I hope it's a sign of more
positive things to come.
