ICANN agreement with Verisign

ICANN is clearly not serving the interest of all Internet users, you are
paid, by everyone that buys a domain,  however instead of using that money
to protect us, your doing nothing with it, worst is letting Verisign create
a Monopoly with no effective deterrent, after Verisign gets this, they can
effectively do whatever they want, and ICANN will have no power, so what the
hell do we need ICANN?, since Verisign at least is doing the job of running
the .com/.net, ICANN is doing what? i guess collecting paychecks, i don't
mind Verisign could charge more, or that they abuse somewhat the system, but
giving them the monopoly for ever, is just regrettable, please don't approve
this agreement.
