Approve the settlement

High level officials have sat down and negotiated a win-win situation
and the board should approve the settlement.  Nobody will benefit from a
lengthy and costly litigation, especially the consumers.  These
consumers rely on the internet for every part of their lives from
business to families and a nominal increase in fees for domains will not
be noticed by most.  The focus now should be the continuing advancement
of technology, which will provide stability to lives and economies in
the future.  To do this, we need to keep the internet out of reach from
the UN.
