[soac-mapo] MAPO Discussion Group

Cheryl/Heather,

I have heard indirectly that a GAC member does not think that GAC members are 
invited to participate in this discussion group.  I would like to note that 
this group is intended to be a GAC/ALAC/GNSO group.  It was never intended to 
be a GNSO only group or a group led by the GNSO but rather simply a forum for 
continuation of discussions that occurred in Brussels regarding the new gTLD 
morality and public order recommendation.  My understanding is that those 
discussions occurred among GAC members and among ALAC members.  When that was 
reported in the Brussels GNSO Wrap-Up meeting, several GNSO participants 
volunteered to participate in their personal capacities.  In addition, Glen 
volunteered to set up a list for use by the group; that should not be 
interpreted to mean that this is a GNSO group though.

Please let your members know that they are welcome to participate in this
