Likewise, as I will be travelling back from the IGF at that time.

 

I have just cast my vote however. In particular, I am confused by
Recommendation 2.2 and the limitations on it, if any.  As currently
worded, it looks to be very broad and I could not clarify the intent in
reading up on the discussions.

It is not clear to me that there will be enough response to the latest
poll to fairly determine reliable levels of support, so if that does not
