This would be a great idea. But wouldn't a country that blocks domains be
also capable of blocking internet access to freedom of information havens?
As the Internet moves more into the realm of mobile phones, the power to
grant or deny access at the moment largely rest with the phone companies,
who are more likely to go along with the Governments.

I am in India, I have no problems at the moment. But in an imaginary
scenario when my phone company does not like me, how would I access
Internet?
