I second the Sebastian proposal for Avri and Evan as co-chairs.

Thanks you for the nomination. If other people think it is a good idea, I will
certainly consider it. I endorse the idea of Evan as one of the co-chairs.
For myself, I am committed to this effort and have been yelling in the wildness
about it since the days of the new gTLD GNSO effort.
But in considering me, I ask people to take the following into account.
My one real concern is that having thought on it for a while I may be a bit too
much of a champion for the cause as well as for specific issues within that
cause. And while I consider myself good at putting my concerns aside for
neutrality's sake, I also know that it is sometimes impossible to really
completely do so.
Also, I have been lobbying for years that an independent foundation be
established to take windfall profits from auctions and even from the fees
themselves (assuming there are some after the round is over) and do fund
raising from registrars and the like. While I could stop championing this idea
if the WG decided that this was not a goal, it would make me sad to do so.
Thanks again, Sébastien for the confidence.
