I must express my consternation with the intense focus on word smithing today 
rather than the core agenda item
" see where changes need to be made based on comments reviewed" .

We have spent several hours already on the formulation of the document. In my 
opinion at this point our focus should be on adding new material from comments 
received, not rewording a document that we all agreed to months ago.
