For the agenda tomorrow, could we maybe discuss the Cartagena session?
This is what we got so far:

Title: Developing Countries and New gTLDs
Date/time: Thursday, Dec 9 from 9:30 to 10:30
Overview *

In this session, members from the Joint SO/AC New gTLD Applicant Support 
Working Group will present highlights of the Milestone Report. The main 
objective of this Working Group is to develop a sustainable approach in 
providing support to applicants requiring assistance in applying for and 
operating new gTLDs Registries.

Agenda *

The main recommendations
What is next?

Who should attend? *

Anyone interested in the New gTLD Program; individuals and entities interested 
in providing support or getting involved in this initiative.

At the moment, I do not have anything on the agenda other than work on te 
charter update request motion.

If we want to have that on the next GNSO agenda, it needs to be done by 
Wednesday.

On the the other had, if we are willing to wait until the meeting in Cartagena, 
once the document has been translated and released, we can take another week or 
so to finish the proposed amendments.

Do people have an opinion?  If we are not in a rush, we can skip Tuesday's 
meeting and focus on having the Friday meeting to work on the charter extension 
motions.
