Dear Avri. All. : It seems to me, in relation with your point -charter 
extension- the point must not be so complicated. In my point of view, we need 
to communicate our work (sending the final document made by us) and  require 
from GNSO Council and ALAC their approve.  In this case the letter to send it 
must be very simple, we not need to discuss a lot what must be the tenour of 
this letter. my two cents.
