Early in the morning (mine), I sent an email where I explained my proposal,
very simple: I said
".... in relation with our work and the presentation of our work at thursday
meeting, I think we need to put on stage the people who more actively work
during our 7 months teleconferences. So, I propose to be on stage Obviously
Evan and Avri, and Tijani and Andrew.
I have no problem to be there if you consider convinient."
The idea was similar than the Brussels presentation: we make the presentation
on the stage and people after we finish, ask questions. no more than that
But now after to hear your proposal I liked the idea to put on the stage
Sebastien to give a quick intro on the importance of the work.
As you can see my proposal is simple and less complicated. Your idea is
fantastic but I (particularly) think would be difficult to manage with
different scenarios in the meeting room.
For your proposal I think we need to make an elaborated plan in order to not
confuse the positions among us. If we have time to discuss the participation of
each one of us, your proposal is very good.
I want you understand what is my afraid, a session no clear, conflictive and
caotic that we will can not manage.
But I insist, if we have time to organize our roles into the meeting room, your
proposal appear fantastic.
I`m open to other ideas.
