very good position and I support this approach. One thing is also true is
that such efforts are provided to allow Africans to take advantage of new
gTLDs. But the bulk of the problem at local level where we do not have the
same reading with policy makers, businesses and within certain communities
and entities supposed benefited of new gTLDs.
