Hello Tijani,

The following are the guidelines to qualify as a recipient
of donated equipment from overseas, as specified by the 
Argentina Foreign Office.

Type of entities that qualify:

Public organisms
Civil Assocations
NGOs
Foundations
Religious organizations

Requirements for the non-public entities:

Be duly enrolled with the National Tax Authority.
Have been accorded exemption from Income Tax
and from VAT.
Be duly enrolled as an importer/exporter with the
National Customs Authority.
