Hi,

This is my first list of skills we need to look for in our outreach effort for 
task C&G.


Also please add to my list.

- Skill and experience at setting up a fund raising campaign.
- Skill at creating collateral materials for such a campaign
- Knowledge about what is entailed in establishing an international fund
- Skill and experience at establishing a fund


Note: I do not meant  to say that we may not already have those skills in the 
group, so please if someone who has volunteered for the group has the skill let 
the rest of us know.  And if someone else in the JAS (though while listening to 
the GNSO council meeting today I have thought we might be better called dJAS 
since it is a disJoint AC/SO WG) please join us.
