Colleagues,

The mp3 of the call is now available. The continuity operations 
instrument (COI) was agenda item #1, and the first issue is Jeff 
Neuman of NeuStar asking if his employer can "bundle" multiple 
applications with a single COI funding commitment. The next issue is 
myself asking about actual costs and alternatives to funding.
I don't suggest listening to any other parts of the 90 minutes of the 
call.
