All:
FYI - here is a helpful response from Bruce Tonkin indicating a pointer
to the Board general timeline.
The ALAC will work out a time-line for its internal ratification
processes and tell the JAS WG when its proposed deadline is for a final
report from the JAS to be presented. It might well be that the GNSO's
time-line will be different too, but it is not the JAS WG's mission to
work out the GNSO & the ALAC own time-lines.
Kind regards,
Olivier

Note communications from THE BOARD - as distinct from a Board member - are
generally found in Board resolutions.
I am not aware of a specific Board resolution that would have the effect as
described by Olivier.
The Board of course is very keen to see the output of the working group, but
did not direct a date.
The Board has however articulated its timeline for considering new gTLD matters
at the meeting in San Francisco.
See:

Hope that helps.
Regards,
Bruce
