This is an open and transparent mailing list, any comment expressed if able
to be transferred.

I would also make the comment that, as it is a sponsoring body with an
interest in its outcome, I would hope that the GNSO would not need observers
because it would have so many active particpants. Many of the active
participants in this WG are on ALAC members, and at one time or another all
of ALAC's executive committee has participated.

Your involvement on Council is certainly no impediment from participation
here; on the contrary, it is actively welcomed.

(Well, by me at least....)
