the proposal for tomorrow call agenda is :
0- Roll call, SOI&DOI
1- Setting up date/time for confcall with GAC-Board-JAS members
2- Discussion on specific questions(financial&legal)/support from staff,
adding them to MR3 wiki space
3- AOB
the questions should be compiled and we are going to discuss them during
