Glen,

Thanks for the forward from the GNSOC. One line in the JAS WG related resolution
makes me think twice:

> That the JAS Working group publish their final report after this review 
> process.

I'm not certain that simply obtaining public comment and issues that arise from
just public comment will be sufficient to address the issues known to exist to
the members of the JAS WG -- after all, there were no non-member public comments
to the HSTLD final report, and many ICANN reports elicit little in the way of
informed reflective comment.

I'm slightly concerned by what appears to be a near-horizon fence while the new
gTLD process is still at an indeterminante distance, and the major areas of
recommendations have not yet been attempted, and any errors in execution to
them corrected.

I want to finish, but not before the work is done and known to be done.
