Nice to have, thanks for your work.
A couple of minor edits--
"applicant passes initial review" should be followed by a "yes", not a "no"
And, I don't think ICANN should execute the contact (though I have heard
"you're killing me!" on more than one occasion). Rather it should say "conTRact
execution"
