What would constitute a demonstration of understanding, and how could an
understanding, demonstrated or not, disclose the existence of a string
known only to its unsupported applicant, which will, together with the
supported applicant's string -- or in combination with a third or more
strings, none of which form a contention set with the supported applicant's
string, but jointly do form a contention set, to the supported applicant?
