Dear IRD-WG members,

Below and in the attached document are the action items and main discussion 
points from the 12 April 2010 meeting of the IRD-WG.  Also attached is a 
revised matrix based on our discussion.  Please review the matrix and provide 
any thoughts or comments.  These also are on the wiki at:

   Please let me know if you have any changes or questions.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, 26 April at 1900 UTC, 12:00 PDT,
