Steve: Thank you for the attached, I have made a few minor wordsmithing changes along the lines of today's discussion, but I did not have time today to make specific reference to documents or cites if necessary as to the ICANN goals this supports, and would welcome any corrections or references you could point to those goals the uniform WHOIS data would support, given your experience and knowledge of ICANN goals and processes.
