(changes from the October 29 version in red). (I still need to add the updated figure for model 4) The WG decided on Monday that it is extremely valuable to produce an interim report for public comment by November 15. So if you have any additional comments on this report, we appreciate your input by Friday November 5th in order to be considered at the November 8th meeting. From a process point of view, at this point we are only accepting editorial changes, and changes to clarify the document, we would defer any additional proposals and ideas not discussed previously after Cartagena.
