Dear IRD-WG members, Here is the final IRD-WG presentation for Cartagena. This incorporates suggested changes from Avri. This also will be posted to the ICANN meetings site. Also, as requested is the information on the meetings in Cartagena related to the IRD-WG. In addition, we agreed to schedule our last meeting of the year on Monday, 20 December at the usual time: 1600 UTC/1100 EST/0800 PST.
