Dear all, as discussed on the last call, below please find a list of 
stakeholders to outreach, and suggested implementation steps from staff. Please

Stakeholders to outreach:

- GNSO: registry, registrar, Law enforcement, IPC
 - Country Code Top level Domains Operators (ccTLDs)
 - At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC)
 - Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC)
 - Regional Internet Registries (RIRs)


Implementation steps:

- Working group members or staff present a webinar at two different times (to 
cover time zones) for everyone in the ICANN community to attend with invites 
sent to all of the SOs and ACs and the RIRs.

- A prerecorded webinar be posted on the web (such as youtube) for people to 
listen and provide feedback.

- Working group members or staff participate on individual community calls if 
invited (such as the SSAC) and present the work.
