The TLD .CAT are related to the language and the identity of some
people that are not needed vinculated to a political background.
Catalonia have their own language, culture and identity, completely
different of the Spain.
And this was confirmed by the Constitutional Court of Spain.
The ccTLD .es are representative of Spanish language, and .cat of
catalan.
