I think that the whole matter related to Internet is so vital for the 
development of all Countries, including - and expecially - less developped 
ones, that it is important to find a solution that links a sound technical 
ruling body to a wide democratic decision methodology. 
I believe in U.N. as a framework where all issues concerning the global world 
population should be controlled.
