     How ICANN can support and facilitate a regional internet community
     development in developing countries .
     IDN Public policies, and multi-stakeholder approach in handling
     IDN issues


  1. What should be ICANN’s priorities for the next three years?
     empowering regional internet organizations .
     Global partnerships and other stakeholders involvement in ICANN
     policy development process
