Just two comments:
1. The strategic plan states that the launch of the new TLD round will take
place early in Q3 2009. This is a confirmation that the round will start
within the timeframe that was published with the Draft Applicant Guidebook.
2. It look like that the second new TLD round has disappeared in the
strategic plan. The second round was announced in the Draft Applicant
Guidebook for 12 month after the first round starts, let say Q3-2009.
3. According to the plan hopefully after end of 2011 the introduction will
become an ongoing process, instead of having fixed rounds.
