Hi can I get more info on the goals on Item 4 - Confidence in the GLD 
Marketplace.

I recently lost some domain names when a registrar closed without any warning 
(Itza Co, Nashua, NH).

Itza Co was a reseller for eNom and I (and my client) are more than a little 
upset - It is very diappointing that ICANN can't or won't rein in these 
registrars.

Please send me any info on the plan to restore confidence.
