Comments on the proposed Implementation Plan for Synchronized IDN ccTLDs - please update

Dear ICANN,

HiChina is one of the largest registrars in china. Currently, HiChina manages 
and hosts more than 3 million English and Chinese domain names, and also serves 
more than 500,000 enterprise users with fast, stable and secure websites and 
email hosting services. 

With ICANN’s announcement of the Proposed Implementation Plan for Synchronized 
IDN ccTLDs, we believe our customers would benefit from the inclusion of 
traditional and simplified Chinese as synchronized IDN ccTLDs. Since 2000, 
HiChina has been offering Chinese users with the CDN.cn , the Chinese character 
.cn domain name. There are two written forms of Chinese characters, traditional 
and simplified, and we have discovered that our customers are not only 
interested in simplified Chinese characters but also in traditional Chinese 
characters. They really hope both traditional and simplified domains could be 
used at the same time. 

HiChina believes that the plan will help us meet the needs of our users and 
help us improve the registration of Chinese domain names. HiChina welcomes 
ICANN’s proposed plan and fully supports its implementation for Chinese domains.
