Hello Barbara -

You've haven't missed anything! I've been exceptionally busy with work 
and other GNSO matters and simply haven't had a chance to finalize the 
briefing as promised. I expect to get to it this week so that we have a 
chance to complete our work prior to Vancouver. I would also expect a 
followup call scheduled for the next couple of weeks.
