Minor comment

I think this is a good report and may comment further at another  
time.  One question I have, even though the condition for Board of  
Directors travel is described, the expenditures and budget for this  
travel was not included in the report.  As one who has long argued  
that GNSO Council members should receive the same consideration as do  
board members (and I thank the staff for the increase in support),  it  
would be useful to have the financials for this group of travelers  
included as well in the final report.
