A question about the policy/procedure

Hi,

On re-reading i noticed something I missed on my first reading and I  
would like to clarify:

- Does this include all staff travel to ICANN, including the most  
senior staff?

- Since it is quite specific, I assume it does not include any other  
ICANN staff travel.
