registering domain names

It is very interesting that the powers that be allow registration of domain
names that are trademarked. You people even allow the registration of a
trademarked name more than once.

Are there any class action suits against such obvious fraud.? You people
have the databasis. Suppose you charged 1cent for the check. icann could use
those funds. Instead you let registrars like GoDaddy sign up all domain
names, and then the buyer loses them, and his money. It is fraud under the
pretense of buyer beware. You know it, and I know it, but your morality is
deserving of ............
