supporting Whois

Dear Sirs,

as a lawyer who practice in IPr field, I have personally become aware of the
great importance of using Whois in my daily activity; I also think that
Whois system is important for consumers and business and help IPr owners in
fighting against many abuses. 

Then, I hope that GNSO Council shall adopt Motion 2 and reject Motions 1 and
3.
