Dear Sirs,

The public access to the WHOIS data must in principle be maintained and
made more reliable. Some data often abused in the past like the e-mail
address of owners might not be displayed subject to further evaluations in
accordance with MOTION 2, which I do support.

Motion 1 and Motion 3 are not acceptable alternatives and will lead to a
severe increase of infringements of third party rights by domain owners.
The cyberspace already is a hiding place for infringers. Maintenance of a
reliable and easy accessible Whois data system is a condition for any
protection against cybercrime.
