Access to the identity of domain name registrants is important to our
clients in order to properly police their intellectual property rights.
It also seems axiomatic that one should be able to identify the
registrant of a domain name when false or otherwise misleading
information is published on a web site.
Please adopt Motion 2 if there is a groundswell of intent to alter the
present Whosis information
Sincerely,
Daniel Van Dyke
