I support Motion #2.  Please conduct an objective and diligent study on the
legitimate uses and abuses of Whois data before making any policy changes
which will change the structure of the Whois system. In our trademark/domain
name practice, we heavily rely on the current Whois system (and the data that
it provides) to help our clients police and protect their valuable brands.
