With respect to the October 31, 2007, vote of ICANN's policy advisory body (the
Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council) on three motions that
will determine the future structure of the domain name and Whois system, this
is to strongly urge the GNSO Council to adopt Motion 2.
