I like OPoC (Operational Point of Contact) availability like GoDaddy.com.
It's totally democratic and market driven. If you want to hide data, fine
but, make sure that someone can find you in case of litigate emergency.
ICANN should define emergency and leave it alone. The system is not ALL THAT
broken. There are viable remedies now (GoDaddy.com, etc).
