Dot xxx would further aid in protecting children and others from unwanted 
exposure to pornography.  I support the creation of Dot XXX.

the Internet and the victimization of children.  It is the policy and the track 
record of this Administration to protect children, to provide a safe place for 
children online, and to combat child pornography.â
