So much has been said for so many years by the members of the adult internet
community, I don't need to reiterate all of it here.

But what I will say is this:

1. Dot-XXX is NOT supported by either the rank and file nor the leaders of
the adult industry and we have fought this for nearly a decade now.
2. ICM and Stuart Lawley are simply doing a land grab here for personal gain
with no regard for the industry the state they support;
3. Dot-XXX will cause undue hardship to hundreds of adult webmasters that
will feel compelled to purchase Dot-XXX domains to avoid trademark
infringement and a host of other possible issues that will cost legal fees
to defend, with no clear remediation defined by ICM.
4. Many, including myself, have done "defensive" domain reservations, but
this in no way indicates support for Dot-XXX.

Beyond that, the issues are vast and manifold as has been discussed and
presented to ICANN for many years now. Ghettos. Censorship. On and on. All
real and valid concerns. If ICANN allows this, I suspect it will open the
gates to other such sTLDs that are morality and politically based that will
grind ICANN to a halt in litigation for years to come.

I know from speaking with people privy to such information that ICANN board
members have been threatened by personal lawsuits if they continue to block
this. That, combined with the hundreds of dirty tricks done by ICM over the
past 8 years should be reason enough to reject this sTLD.
