Classify any and all adult content material with the TLD .xxx. Then apply a
filter. If ICANN adopts .kids instead, look at what will be omitted: .mil,
.gov, .edu, and countries, to name a few. Not to mention encyclopedia,
thesaurus, dictionary and wikipedia which are listed as .com.

Separate and force the adult content into its own realm. There is a plethora
of valuable info that should not be hidden. Plainly, separate the bad apple
from the bunch.

I understand the plight of the webmasters and domain name owners. No one is
sanctioning the existence of such sites. Nor should they have to pay for the
governments mandate for the switch. That appears to be their gripe. No
charge. Fund through an elimination of pork through a line item veto. Or
simply absorb the cost.

Skoopy.com profiles funny videos. But also, profiles explicit pictures as
well. Separate the two by TLD. Filter by .xxx. Create another .com for the
funny videos which will create revenue for the likes of GoDaddy, 1&1, SEDO etc.
Now each site can exist and be enjoyed by all.

I am surprised, being an election year, no candidates are using this as a
platform for election or re-election.
